TEACHING PHILOSOPHICAL DISCIPLINES IN EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS OF THE MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
Introduction: In the modern world, higher education is based on the forms and methods of philosophical knowledge. At the same time, higher education is becoming a utilitarian knowledge for a narrow field of professional knowledge and skills, which is typical for the Russian Interior Ministry system as a whole. Philosophy teachers, among others, play an important role in the formation of future specialists for the internal affairs bodies. Philosophical disciplines such as rhetoric, logic, and philosophy are an area of spiritual culture that is characterized by a creative, non–standard approach to understanding reality. Only when both aspects are organically combined in the educational process can we talk about certain educational results. Research methods: The research was based on a set of general scientific theoretical and empirical methods of cognition, in particular the dialectical and inductive method. The analysis method was used to study the components of the methodology of teaching philosophical disciplines. In addition, the following methods were used: a description method necessary for studying the methods of teaching philosophical disciplines in the higher education system; abstraction and generalization, designed to systematize the established facts and interpret them. Results: Thus, the basic criterion for evaluating the effectiveness of a philosophy teacher is a measure of the formation of a graduate's personality, and readiness, based on civic positions, to skillfully solve professional tasks, be responsible for the quality of these actions, and rebuild their own law enforcement activities in the context of socio-economic reform of society in our country.
