Abstract:
Our country is successfully implementing an educational policy that promotes the social and moral development of student youth. Physical training as an academic discipline plays an important role in achieving this goal. The article discusses how the teachers of physical training of educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia implement methods and means aimed at the social and moral development of cadets through the discipline they teach. It is concluded that the versatility of approaches to the social and moral development of cadets determines the choice of specific methods and means, thereby allowing non-traditional ways to achieve the goals of moral education.
