Abstract (English):
Introduction. The article considers issues related to the development of forensic characteristics of extremist crimes committed with the use of information-telecommunication. This is necessary for the formation of the foundations of a private forensic methodology for investigating crimes of this type. The author pays special attention to the description of the structural elements of the forensic characteristics and the identification of connections between them. Methods. The article presents the results of a study of the investigator's activities in investigating extremist crimes committed with the use of information-telecommunication. In the course of this study, the methods of analysis and synthesis, comparison and generalization of materials of criminal cases, court decisions, questionnaires and interviews with employees of preliminary investigation bodies were used. Results. The author presents the structure of the forensic characteristics of extremist crimes committed with the use of information-telecommunication. Each of its elements is considered in detail, the interrelations between them in the general system are revealed. Based on the data obtained in the course of the study, the concept of forensic characteristics of extremist crimes committed using information-telecommunication was formulated. Thanks to the study of the forensic characteristics of crimes of the type under consideration, conditions were created for the further development of a private forensic methodology for investigating such crimes.
