Much attention is paid to physical training in the internal affairs bodies of Russia. At the same time, it is obvious that its clear regulation is impossible without the existence of a single regulatory legal act that would regulate the organization of physical training, the delivery of physical training standards by employees of the internal affairs bodies and establish criteria for evaluating the performance of control exercises. There is currently no such document. The issues listed above are reflected in two independent normative acts, which cannot but cause difficulties.
