THE USE OF VARIOUS TRAINING METHODS IN THE PREPARATION OF HAND-TO-HAND ATHLETES FOR PARTICIPATION IN COMPETITIONS

Abstract:
The article presents some results of a study of the impact on athletes of various training methods used in the process of their preparation for participation in hand-to-hand combat competitions. It is noted that the combination of training load of different levels within the same session helps to increase the fitness of athletes. The optimal combination of loads during one-time and two-time trainings per day for hand-to-hand athletes during their preparation for performance at competitions was determined. It is concluded that the use of training load of different levels allows to achieve the necessary training effects.
