Abstract and keywords
Abstract:
The problem of organizing interaction between the investigative and operational units of the internal affairs bodies is always relevant and is a complex of issues of both theoretical and practical nature. At present, the organization of such interaction is affected by the emergence of new types of crimes, a decrease in the level of their detection and the quality of their investigation. The article names the main problems in the application of departmental normative legal acts that regulate the organization of interaction between the preliminary investigation bodies and the operational units of the internal affairs bodies. Criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the activities of units and services of internal affairs bodies in the detection and investigation of crimes are considered. The mechanisms for making organizational and managerial decisions at various stages of interaction, including the execution of individual orders, the production of investigative actions and operational-search activities, the evaluation and use of the results of operational-search activities, are noted.
