Abstract:
Currently, against the backdrop of general digitalization aimed at increasing the efficiency of the functions of the executive branch in Russia, internal affairs bodies are actively developing the provision of public services in electronic form. The authors examine domestic practice and foreign experience formed in the field of this area of activity of government bodies in the course of their implementation of their functional responsibilities for the provision of public services. It is noted that as a means of automating the procedures for the provision of public services by internal affairs bodies, automated systems using the capabilities of artificial intelligence can already be used.
