Abstract:
The article presents the results of the operationalization of the model of intragroup relations among employees of internal affairs bodies in the form of the questionnaire «Subjective Assessment of Intragroup Relations» (SAIR). The structure of the questionnaire is based on the concept of intragroup relations, which assumes that the functional relationships of members of a work team can be characterized by functionally positive and functionally negative manifestations that affect various aspects of work interaction, the self-attitude of its participants and psychological well-being. The purpose of the SAIR questionnaire is to identify the functional (positive and negative) characteristics of intragroup relations and their integral indicator using the self-assessments of the subject. The results of using the SAIR questionnaire in personnel psychodiagnostics are presented. The questionnaire is proposed to be used to predict the readiness of service teams (combined detachments) of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation for operational and official activities, including in special conditions; predictive assessment of the risk of violations of official discipline and the rule of law; determining the socio-psychological resources to ensure the optimal moral and psychological state of the personnel of the internal affairs bodies.
