Abstract:
In order for the results of operational investigative activities to receive the status of admissible evidence, they must comply with the requirements imposed by law for the implementation of operational investigative activities, for their transfer to the preliminary investigation body, as well as the norms of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation. It is concluded that the procedural procedure for attaching the results of operational investigative activities to the materials of a criminal case must be extended to operational and official documents, called «other documents» by the legislator. The procedure for inclusion should be given a more specific, specific procedural form, facilitating the timely detection of violations of the legislator’s instructions regarding the production and recording (documentation) of operational investigative activities.
