Abstract:
Administrative and legal regulation of environmental protection is a necessary tool for the functioning of the Russian state in modern conditions. In the article, the author considers some of the gaps in the current legislation, offers recommendations for improving the mechanism of legal regulation of environmental protection and environmental safety. It is concluded that in legal relations in the field of environmental protection, there is a tendency towards uniformity of protective, public law measures and differentiation of stimulating, private law measures, but administrative and legal measures remain a priority.
