Abstract:
Based on the analysis of the current criminal legislation and the positions of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, the article formulates recommendations on the qualification of crimes related to the circulation of counterfeit money and securities committed in complicity, the criminal law assessment of the actions of accomplices. It is proposed to amend Article 186 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, supplementing it with a qualifying sign of a criminal act: «...committed by a group of persons and committed by a group of persons by prior agreement». The rationale for the need to make such a change is given.
