The article discusses the terms of protection of violated labor rights provided for by Russian legislation, draws attention to the imbalance of interests of the employee and the employer in legal regulation. Based on the results of the analysis of judicial practice, statistical data, scientific research, the author formulated proposals for improving the current legislation. The expediency of supplementing Art. 68 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, which regulates the procedure for applying for a job, with provisions on the need to familiarize the employee against signature with the terms for protecting violated rights, enshrined in Art. 386, 392 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation; as well as additions to Art. 84.1 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, which regulates the general procedure for formalizing the termination of an employment contract, with a provision on the need to familiarize the employee against signature with the terms for protecting violated rights, enshrined in Art. 392 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
