Abstract:
The author considers the essence of operational-investigative activities in relation to thefts committed in the provision of services to run blocks of houses. In the article, the process of identifying theft in the area of public relations under consideration is presented in three stages. The application of the methodology proposed by the author can contribute to the timely detection of theft in this area, ensuring the disclosure of crimes of this type, and the implementation of the principle of inevitability of responsibility.
