The article considers a set of measures carried out in the framework of countering the legalization (laundering) of income received from the commission of crimes of corruption. The need for theoretical understanding of the measures of such counteraction, in the opinion of the author, is due to the forthcoming decriminalization of a number of economic crimes. The state, apparently, seeks to eliminate any illegal pressure on business, to prevent it from becoming a sphere of «feeding» some officials of government bodies and local self-government. In addition, the appeal to the topic under consideration is connected with the search for the most effective forms and methods for the timely detection and suppression of crimes of this type.
