Введение. Деятельность сотрудников полиции непосредственно связана с преследованием и задержанием правонарушителей. Зачастую сотрудники полиции выполняют поставленные задачи в составе подразделения (группы). В связи с этим большое значение для успешного выполнения поставленной задачи имеет их способность эффективно взаимодействовать друг с другом с учетом технических и тактических аспектов такого взаимодействия. Навыки его осуществления вырабатываются, в частности, в ходе занятий в рамках профессиональной подготовки полицейских. Эффективность подготовки сотрудников полиции к силовому взаимодействию зависит прежде всего от грамотности организации занятий с ними и правильного подбора методики обучения. В статье рассматривается проблема формирования у сотрудников полиции навыков применения физической силы и боевых приемов борьбы при взаимодействии в составе группы или подразделения. Методы. С целью выявления эффективности влияния метода ситуационно-ролевых игр, направленного на формирование навыков применения физической силы при взаимодействии сотрудников полиции, авторы использовали методы моделирования, тестирования, экспертной оценки, метод математической статистики T-критерия Уайта. Результаты. В статье представлены результаты апробации эффективности использования метода ситуационно-ролевых игр в случаях взаимодействия, предусматривающего необходимость применения физической силы, в ходе занятий со слушателями курсов профессиональной подготовки. Исследование проводилось на базе Тюменского института повышения квалификации сотрудников МВД России. На начало эксперимента представители экспериментальной и контрольной групп показывали одинаковый уровень навыков владения боевыми приемами борьбы. В ходе педагогического эксперимента практические занятия по физической подготовке с представителями экспериментальной группы проводились с использованием типовых ситуаций, представители контрольной группы занимались по общему плану. В итоговом тестировании результаты представителей экспериментальной группы превзошли результаты представителей контрольной группы. Полученные в ходе исследования результаты свидетельствуют о высокой эффективности влияния метода ситуационно-ролевых игр на формирование у полицейских навыков взаимодействия при применении физической силы.

Introduction. The activities of police officers are directly related to the pursuit and detention of offenders. Often, police officers perform assigned tasks as part of a unit (group). In this regard, their ability to effectively interact with each other, taking into account the technical and tactical aspects of such interaction, is of great importance for the successful completion of the assigned task. The skills to implement it are developed, in particular, during classes as part of the professional training of police officers. The effectiveness of training police officers for force interaction depends primarily on the competent organization of training with them and the correct selection of training methods. The article discusses the problem of developing skills in the use of physical force and combat techniques among police officers when interacting as part of a group or unit. Methods. In order to identify the effectiveness of the influence of the method of situational role-playing games, aimed at developing skills in the use of physical force in the interaction of police officers, the authors used methods of modeling, testing, expert assessment, and the method of mathematical statistics of White's T-criterion. Results. The article presents the results of testing the effectiveness of using the method of situational role-playing games in interaction situations that require the use of physical force during classes with students of vocational training courses. The study was conducted on the basis of the Tyumen Institute for Advanced Training of Employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. At the beginning of the experiment, representatives of the experimental and control groups showed the same level of skills in mastering combat techniques. During the pedagogical experiment, practical classes in physical training with representatives of the experimental group were conducted using typical situations, representatives of the control group studied according to a general plan. In the final testing, the results of the representatives of the experimental group exceeded the results of the representatives of the control group. The results obtained during the study indicate the high effectiveness of the influence of the method of situational role-playing games on the development of police interaction skills when using physical force.
